We can help you find great short/long-term tenants, increase the revenue up to 100% and organise the whole renting process. After deducting the expenses, we split the profit 50%/50%. You don’t need to do anything but check the revenue, expenses and receiving profit. 

In both cases, we might need to do a minor refurbishment to improve the house conditions. We would discuss this with you.
